GEOMECHANICS & WELLBORE STABILITY

Through a close Alliance with Task Fonterra Geoscience AIPC provides a comprehensive geomechanical analysis service analysing all elements of Geomechanics, Wellbore stability and Pore pressure modelling and real-time monitoring.

Utilising a pre-well Mechanical Earth Model and integrating offset well and petrophysical analysis, direct rock property measurements, in-situ stress field analysis and fracture/fault characterisation, this service integrates all disciplines for completeness and greatest certainty.

This service results in risk mitigation for pre-drill well design and allows for planned well drilling parameter optimisation and mitigation of preventable wellbore mechanical issues during well execution.

The pre-drill service is closely integrated with real-time monitoring and model updates during drilling operations by a highly-experienced team of field staff with extensive global expertise This service also provides critical input to completion and production facilities design.
